The ORMTA Etobicoke-Mississauga Branch is pleased to offer a yearly Fun Afternoon Recital performance opportunity for all students! This is a fundraiser for our branch. The money raised will go toward the student awards, at the Etobicoke-Mississauga Branch Competitions, on May 30-31, 2020. 

Rules and Fees: 

PERFORMERS
  These fees include the admission of performers, accompanists & guests.  Up to a maximum of $25 per family  Maximum of 3 children per family
 
o One Piece ONLY (a solo or an ensemble piece) (Maximum Time – 2 minutes)  $15.00
 
o Two Pieces (one solo and one ensemble piece ONLY) (Maximum Time – 4 minutes TOTAL)  (Solo piece: 2 minutes - Ensemble piece: 2 minutes)  $20.00
Entry fees are non-refundable.

FUN AFTERNOON RECITAL RULES 

1. Memorization is not necessary.

2. Each family is to bring:  some finger food (ex. chips, veggies, sweets, etc.)  Food must be PEANUT FREE and READY TO SERVE on a plate or in a bowl.
 
 If the food has dipping sauce, please be sure to bring along required utensils for your tray.  Make note of your own bowls, plates and utensils to bring home.  One unwrapped gift to donate towards the raffle.  New prizes ONLY (as opposed to used)  with proper working components

4. A group picture of all the performers will be taken at the end of the program.

5. Raffle details  The raffle consists of various gifts.  In order to participate in the raffle, tickets must be purchased.  The raffle is CASH only please bring adequate money.  Cost of raffle tickets:  3 tickets  $5  12 tickets  $10

6. Donations to the Student Scholarship Fund are also welcome.  Parents or teachers, who make a donation of $20 or more, will be given an official tax receipt email.  Cash or cheque is accepted the day of, from both teachers and parents.  Make cheque payable to “ORMTA Etobicoke-Mississauga Branch”.  Note at the bottom of the cheque: “Student Scholarship Fund”.  Teachers may donate via Interac e-transfer at any time before or after the recital.  Please make sure to write down detailed information on the sheet provided at the Raffle Tickets table. 
