Have a look yourself, though I'm not convinced.
Let me address the issue.
If you are having some difficulties finding "time" or motivation to practice, I've some suggestions.

You've got to learn your instrument. Then, you practice, practice, practice. And then, when you finally get up there on the bandstand, forget all that and just wail.
